We stand behind the quality of every ring we sell. If your ring ever has a manufacturing defect—loose stones, broken prongs, or band issues—we'll replace it free of charge with the same ring. If the ring is no longer available, we'll replace it with another of equal value, for as long as Sterling Hearts remains in business.
Proof of purchase required. Valid only for rings purchased directly from Sterling Hearts. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims.

If you're not completely in love with your ring, return it within 90 days for a full refund with free return shipping on us.
Return Requirements:
- Ring must be returned with the original LED ring box and packaging
- Ring must be in the same condition as received (unworn or lightly used)
- Proof of purchase required
- A $20 deduction will apply if the ring box or packaging is missing or damaged
