90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Sterling Hearts ring. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

• The ring must be returned with the original ring box and packaging.

• The ring must be in the same condition as received (unworn or lightly tried on).

• Proof of purchase is required.

• For rings supplied with a premium LED ring box, a $20 deduction may apply if the LED ring box or packaging is missing or damaged.

Free Return Shipping

Sterling Hearts provides prepaid return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at help@sterlingheartsshop.com before returning your item. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Sterling Hearts rings are also backed by our 90-Day Limited Craftsmanship Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects in metal, setting, or construction.
