Welcome to Sterling Hearts. By visiting our shop or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies posted on our shop.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.

Products & Availability

Our rings and other products may be available in limited quantities. Product availability, styles, sizes, descriptions, and prices may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, stones, finishes, and other details accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural or manufactured characteristics of individual items.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

If a product is accidentally listed with an incorrect price or other material error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, Local Pickup & Returns

Shipping, local pickup, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.

Craftsmanship Warranty

Eligible Sterling Hearts rings are covered by our 90-Day Limited Craftsmanship Warranty. Please see our Craftsmanship Warranty page for complete coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Sterling Hearts name, logo, branding, original photographs, graphics, written content, product presentation, and other original shop materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our shop for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the shop, submit false information, misuse another person's information, or violate the intellectual-property or other legal rights of Sterling Hearts or another party.

Third-Party Services

Our shop may use third-party services for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, or other business functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, supply disruptions, government actions, or similar events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sterling Hearts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of our shop or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our shop with a revised “Last updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the State of California and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
